Return and Exchange policy FAQ
How do I return?
- Returns are now self-service via your store account.
- Accounts created before July 1, 2023 will need to create a new account here to access the self-service return feature.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Any item Within 30 days from the date of purchase
Any item In unused and resellable condition
Any item In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Discounted items (if applicable)
Shipping Fees or Added Services
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date and we will either refund you, or replace your item.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once your returned item is received and inspected the exchange item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to the original payment method
Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
We will generate a Pre Paid Return Shipping label for you to simply print and place back onto the Original package your item came in and drop back in the mail.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
